Understand where your information stays and how to delete it.
Information on this device
When you consent to save a draft, your name, optional phone, message, topic and date stay in this browser. This form does not send them to the SACCO. Do not enter a PIN, OTP, account number or confidential documents.
Deletion and shared devices
Drafts remain until you delete them or the browser clears its storage. In Self-service, open the saved-draft lookup and choose to clear saved requests. Avoid saving personal information on a shared device: other users may see it. Your language preference may also be stored in the browser.
Calculators and preparation checklist
Calculator inputs and the branch-visit checklist are processed on this page. These tools do not send data to the SACCO or retain their inputs after a page reload.
Email and external links
An email link opens your email app; you decide whether to send. Sent information is handled by the recipient and email provider. External websites have their own privacy practices.
Website access
We have not added advertising trackers or visitor analytics. When hosted online, the hosting provider may receive technical details such as your IP address, requested page and time. Hosting and data-handling arrangements must be approved before public launch.
