Representatives approved the name Ubudasa-SACCO Bugesera, its logo and bylaws, and elected its governing bodies.

BNR lists Ubudasa SACCO Bugesera as one supervised deposit-taking microfinance cooperative.
The merger aimed to strengthen local financial services and protect members’ assets.
